Cancellation and No Show Policy
A Cancellation fee is applied to every cancellation made to recover loss of time. Please call or send an SMS to inform us of the cancellation. Cancellations at no charges can be made up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
A fee of 50% of the appointment charges applies for every cancellation made within 24 hours to an hour before the appointment.
After an hour leading up to the appointment, a ‘no-show fee’ of full charges of the session will be applied if the appointment is missed or the cancellation is not informed.
Please make every effort to cancel your appointment before 24 hours to avoid charges. Due to the volume of appointments and effort involved, HealthFirst will not send any reminders after the initial confirmation SMS/E-mail sent to your mobile phone/Email address.
For bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment, the same policy applies as above.
